JobFlo on the web vs the mobile app
The app and the website are the same JobFlo — with a couple of small differences.
The JobFlo mobile app is a native wrapper around the same JobFlo you use in a web browser. You sign in with the same account and see the same quotes, invoices, clients and settings on both. Anything you do on one shows up on the other.
Because it is one app, updates reach the web and the mobile app at the same time — there is nothing extra to install when a new feature ships.
The small differences
- Downloading a PDF: on the web the file downloads to your device; in the app it opens the share sheet so you can save it to Files or send it on.
- Plans and billing: you choose or change your plan from the website (jobflo.au), not inside the app.
On a phone, the app is the smoother experience for day-to-day work on site. The web is handy on a laptop for longer jobs and for managing your plan.
