How clients accept or decline a quote

Clients sign to accept a quote, or decline it, straight from the link.

Your client accepts a quote by signing it on the web page you sent them — there is nothing for them to install. Their signature, name and the time they signed are recorded against the quote.

  1. The client opens the quote link and reviews it.
  2. Under Sign to accept, they either draw their signature (and add their printed name) or type their full name.
  3. They can leave you a message, then tap Sign & Accept.
  4. To decline instead, they tap Actually, I want to decline.

Once accepted, the quote is marked as accepted in your account and you can convert it to an invoice. If they decline, you will see that too, along with any message they left.

You can see the captured signature, the signer’s name and the date on the quote in your account — handy proof the job was approved.
