Convert a quote to an invoice

Turn an accepted quote into an invoice without re-typing anything.

Once a client has accepted a quote, you can turn it into an invoice in one tap. The line items, pricing and notes carry straight across so you do not have to build it again.

  1. Open the accepted quote.
  2. Tap Convert to Invoice.
  3. JobFlo creates a draft invoice with a new invoice number and a due date 14 days out.
  4. Check the details, adjust the due date if needed, then tap Send Invoice.

Convert to Invoice appears once a quote is marked as accepted. If you have not marked it accepted yet, do that first — or a client accepting it online will flip it for you.
