Downloading a quote or invoice as a PDF
Save a document as a PDF from your account or from the client link.
Every quote and invoice can be saved as a PDF — the same clean document your client sees. You can download it from your account, and your client can download it from the link you send them.
Look for the Download PDF button on the document. What happens next depends on where you are.
- On the web: the PDF downloads straight to your device.
- In the mobile app: the share sheet opens so you can save the PDF to Files, or send it on by message or email.
The PDF matches your chosen layout and brand colour exactly, so it is fine to send on directly if a client prefers an attachment.
