Downloading a full data backup
Export a complete copy of your JobFlo records as a ZIP of CSV files.
Your data is yours. JobFlo can bundle every record in your account into a single ZIP of CSV files that opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or any text editor — a full backup you can keep for your own records.

The archive is a plain CSV per table, plus a short README noting when it was generated. It is a raw copy of your records rather than a formatted report — for a report or an accounting import, use the CSV export on the Reports screen or the Accounting exports feature instead.
The "Download all my data" backup is offered from the account screen shown when a subscription has lapsed or been cancelled, so you can take a full copy of everything before access ends. Tap Download all my data and the ZIP downloads to your device.
If you cancel, download your backup before your access period ends. Once an account is purged after cancellation, the data cannot be recovered.
