Saved items — reusing common line items

Saved items are individual line items you use a lot — a call-out fee, a common part, an hourly labour line — kept in a library with their price so you can drop them into any document.

1. To save an item: while building a document, tap the bookmark icon on a line to add it (with its price) to your library.
2. To reuse one: tap the library icon next to Add item, search if you need to, and tap the item to insert it.
3. To manage your library: open the saved-items sheet and tap Manage saved items.
